User Agreement:

To use ArrowheadCards.com's service, you must be an E&AA member to order. Membership open to NPS employees, alumni, volunteers and partners!

By registering you agree NOT to:

• Post, upload, send, email or submit any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, illegal, invasive of a person's privacy, or in violation of any law.

• Any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity or copyrights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons (or their parents or legal guardians, where applicable) who are shown in the material;

• Post advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, viruses and trojan horses.

By registering you agree that

• You remain solely responsible for the content of your submission.

• SitePrint will not be liable for the content of any submission.

• You will hold SitePrint harmless with respect to any claim based upon transmission and viewing of your designs, artworks, messages, files, links or anything else you may post.

• SitePrint reserves the right to reveal your identity and any information we have that regards you in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any designs, artworks, messages, files, links or anything else posted by you.

• You are 13 years of age or older. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, SitePrint is no longer accepting registrations from users who are under 13 years of age.

• SitePrint reserves the right to cancel the Service or to discontinue accounts that have been inactive for more than 180 days. We may do so at our discretion after sending an email warning to the address you used when you set up your account. If you do not respond to the email within 10 days, your account and the images contained in it may be removed.

• While SitePrint is not responsible for the content of the submissions, SitePrint reserves the right to delete, move or edit submissions that it, in its sole discretion, deems abusive, defamatory, obscene or in violation of copyright or trademark laws or otherwise unacceptable.

• Your physical or electronic sharing of your images constitutes permission for reprinting by the recipient.
